We only do deals that are approved by our investment team of experienced agents, investors, landlords and bankers. Less than 1% of investment projects that are brought to us pass approval by our team. It has to cash flow, and it has to make sense!

Michael has over fifteen years of construction and property maintenance experience, and a keen eye for detail, allowing him to quickly assess if a property is worth repositioning. Angela, the daughter of a real estate agent, bought her first house when she was 18. She went on to acquire several rental properties and rehab projects in Minnesota and Northern Nevada before relocating to Idaho. Years later, Angela runs a marketing company that manages websites and online reputations for small businesses, including real estate and property management companies, and Michael is part of the Liberty Asset Group property management team. Franki, AdvisorFranki is an investor and entrepreneur with a knack for negotiating deals and finding hidden gems. As a published author and artist, Franki keeps our criteria up to date on how to create pleasing living spaces for tenant entrepreneurs.
